Rockies pitcher Greg Reynolds throws during spring training in Scottsdale, Ariz.

By now, Greg Reynolds should have some of the landmarks along I-25 memorized.

The right-handed pitcher is making his third “emergency” start and sixth appearance for the Rockies since April, replacing Jhoulys Chacin, whose start was moved to Tuesday in Atlanta because of forearm stiffness.

Reynolds, who will turn 26 tomorrow, started most recently against the New York Mets on April 14, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks in five innings. In Colorado Springs, he made 10 starts for the Sky Sox this season, going 4-2, 6.83 ERA with 30 strikeouts and 13 walks.

Mark Ellis made a big first impression Friday, finishing a triple shy of the cycle.

Here are the lineups for today’s game at Coors Field (fireworks included):

Rockies
1. Carlos Gonzalez CF
2. Mark Ellis 2B
3. Todd Helton 1B
4. Troy Tulowitzki SS
5. Seth Smith RF
6. Ty Wigginton 3B
7. Charlie Blackmon LF

4. Jeff Francoeur RF
5. Eric Hosmer 1B
6. Brayan Pena C
7. Mike Moustakas 3B
